Kurohana Squad ("we", "us") operates the kurohanasqd.com website, the Kuzuno Script extension for Adobe After Effects, and related community services. We respect your privacy and collect only what we need to run and protect these services. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.
1. Information We Collect
- Account details: You sign in only through Telegram or Discord; we do not use passwords. When you log in we receive and store your Telegram ID and/or Discord ID, a username and nickname, and from Discord your avatar and profile cosmetics. We never see your Telegram or Discord password.
- Content you create: Chat messages, media you share in chats, stories, profile details, and files you upload for processing.
- Application & integrity data: When you run Kuzuno Script inside After Effects, our bridge processes session tokens, device identifiers, and integrity checks of the local script files. This is used only to keep your session valid and to prevent cracking, account sharing, and license abuse.
- Presence & activity: Online status, last-seen time, and any status you choose to share, for example a Spotify track or Steam game if you connect those.
- Moderation records: If a rule is broken we may keep violation logs and any appeals you submit.
- Billing data: Payments are handled entirely by our external providers, PayPal and Boosty. We store your Premium status and a payment reference, but never your card or raw financial data.
2. How We Use Your Information
- To run core features: chat, calls, stories, FlowFrames interpolation, media tools, and file transfers.
- To authenticate your session and confirm your Premium status.
- To keep the service stable and to prevent cracking, abuse, spam, and account sharing.
- To enforce our community rules and handle moderation and appeals.
3. Data Storage & Retention
Your data is stored on our servers, and media files are kept on secure cloud storage, served over encrypted connections behind Cloudflare. Storage limits are 100 MB for Free accounts and 1 GB for Premium. Stories are deleted automatically after 24 hours. If Premium ends while you are above the Free limit, we notify you and, after a grace period, remove your oldest files down to the Free limit. Chat messages and profile data remain until you or we delete them.
4. Third-Party Services
We rely on a small number of trusted providers, and data is shared with them only as needed to deliver a feature:
- Telegram & Discord: account sign-in and community integration.
- PayPal & Boosty: payment processing for Premium.
- Cloudflare: content delivery, security, and media storage.
- On-demand integrations: when you personally use certain features, such as music, media downloads, audio recognition, or AI voice, transcription and translation, the request data needed for that feature is sent to the relevant provider to complete it.
These providers process data under their own privacy policies.
5. Your Rights & Data Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and personal data at any time from your profile settings, by contacting us on our Discord server, or through the contact form on this site. Some limited records, such as moderation logs, may be kept where needed to keep the service safe.
6. Age Requirement
Our services are not intended for children under 13. By using Kurohana you confirm that you are at least 13 years old.
7. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of our website or script means you accept the updated policy.
