Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the kurohanasqd.com website, downloading Kuzuno Script, or participating in the Kurohana Squad community.

1. Terms Acceptance

By installing, running, downloading, or registering for Kuzuno Script or visiting our website, you confirm your acceptance of these Terms. If you do not agree to all provisions, you must stop using our software and website immediately.

2. License and Usage Terms

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable license to download and run Kuzuno Script inside Adobe After Effects for your personal or commercial video editing activities. Under this license, you agree not to:

• Modify, crack, reverse-engineer, decompile, or bypass any activation parameters of the script.
• Share, sell, rent, or lease your premium account license to third parties. Sharing accounts to circumvent license restrictions will result in immediate termination.
• Redistribute or republish the script materials, including the integrated FlowFrames databases or other custom elements.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

We provide a Free plan and a Premium subscription tier ($4.99/mo):

• Premium access: Includes expanded cloud storage (500 MB), FlowFrames interpolation capabilities, auto time remap features, P2P transmission functions, and story linking options.
• Billing cycle: Subscriptions are billed automatically on a recurring monthly schedule until canceled.
• Cancellation & Refunds: You can cancel your subscription at any time. Refunds are examined and processed on a case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

4. User Content and P2P Guidelines

Our platform enables P2P file transfers, Torrent references, and user story uploads. You are fully responsible for the data you store, send, or publish. You agree not to upload or transmit content that:

• Infringes on copyright, trademark, or intellectual property of others without clear permission.
• Contains malicious payloads, spyware, malware, or Trojans.
• Violates Discord Community Guidelines or general online communication safety laws.

We hold no responsibility for the files transferred via P2P nodes or Torrent sharing between our users.

5. Limitation of Liability and Disclaimers

Kuzuno Script and our website are provided "as is" and "as available". Kurohana Squad makes no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding operation stability, data retention, or compatibility. We are not liable for lost project files, rendering errors, After Effects system crashes, or any direct/indirect financial loss arising from the use of our services.

6. Revisions and Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or block access to our script and server features for users who violate these Terms. We may update these Terms periodically. We will signal changes by publishing the updated date at the top of this page.
