These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of kurohanasqd.com, Kuzuno Script, and any related services operated by Kurohana Squad. By using the website, logging in, downloading the script, or accessing any Premium feature, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You may sign in only through Telegram or Discord. We use these services to confirm your identity and keep your account secure; we never receive or store your Telegram or Discord password. You are responsible for the activity that happens on your account. Do not share your session, license, token, or account access with others.
We may remove content, limit features, suspend, or ban accounts that violate these rules.
Kuzuno Script is provided as a downloadable extension for Adobe After Effects and connects to our servers for authentication, updates, integrity checks, and online features. You receive a limited, non-transferable license to use it for personal or professional editing work. You may not resell, leak, modify, crack, clone, or distribute the script or its server-connected features.
Free accounts receive limited access, including 100 MB of storage. Premium accounts receive expanded features and 1 GB of storage. Premium access may include additional integrations, tools, file limits, and priority features. Feature availability can change as we update the service.
Payments are handled by PayPal and Boosty. We do not store your card details or raw financial information. Premium is activated after the payment provider confirms payment. Refunds are handled case by case and may be refused if the service has already been used heavily, abused, or obtained in violation of these Terms.
You keep ownership of the files, messages, stories, and profile content you upload. By uploading content you grant Kurohana the permission needed to store, process, transmit, display, and deliver that content as part of the service. Stories are automatically deleted after 24 hours. If your storage exceeds your plan limit, we may remove old files after notifying you and allowing a grace period.
Some features rely on external services such as Discord, Telegram, Cloudflare, PayPal, Boosty, media download providers, AI voice and transcription providers, and other APIs. When you use a feature that requires a third party, the data needed for that feature may be sent to that provider. Their own terms and policies also apply.
We may moderate community areas, chats, stories, uploads, and connected features. We may keep violation records where needed to protect the service and other users. You may appeal moderation decisions through our Discord server or contact channels.
We try to keep Kurohana available and stable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may update, disable, or remove features, change storage limits, or perform maintenance at any time.
The services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent allowed by law, Kurohana Squad is not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, lost projects, lost files, lost profits, or service interruptions. Use the script and online features at your own risk and keep backups of important work.
We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these Terms, abuse the service, attempt to crack or redistribute the script, or create risk for Kurohana or other users. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Updates will be posted on this page with a new "last updated" date. Continued use of Kurohana after an update means you accept the new Terms.
